Lantic Gear will accept returns on purchases which are in the original, unworn condition, and unwashed within (30) thirty days of when package was delivered. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will be your responsibility unless items are faulty or damaged. A flat rate shipping label will be provided for your returns which will be deducted from your refunded amount. We will inspect garment once it arrives at our facility. Returns are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear in your account.
If you need to make an exchange for the same item (i.e. different color or size) please send us an email at returns@lanticgear.com. Once received and inspected by us, You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
If an item you received is damaged or faulty, Lantic Gear will replace the item after inspection, free of charge, within (30) thirty days of when your package was delivered.Always reference your order number that can be found in your e-mail or in your account history. Please send your returned products to:
